Perukmakaren block

The Perukmakaren block was built in the late 1960s as a business and office building with a large integrated parking garage in downtown Gothenburg. In 2013 and 2014, the parking garage and facades were equipped with new entrances and stairwells. The offices along Drottninggatan were turned into a hotel and shops, and the former arcades were built in to create more space and enhance the prominence of the shops. These improvements have cut energy consumption in half and our steel profiles are a contributing factor to that reduction. The property is now LEED-certified.
