In Masthuggskajen, you’ll find Våghuset, an impressive 13-story building with clear elements inspired by the river Göta Älv. Våghuset is a 10,000-square-meter office building completed in 2022, where the design reflects the life and dynamics of water, including contrasting features on sections that have been fire and burglary classified by Stålprofil.

Våghuset is a BREEAM-certified building with an Excellent rating, indicating high standards for sustainable material selection, natural light, and air quality. The Masthuggskajen project, which includes Våghuset and Brick Studios, is also the first urban development project to be awarded certification for sustainable urban development as part of the Citylab project
